The original rendering on the left was done in DAZStudio, then retouched in photoshop to complete the effect. The raw render file shows too much detail, so in an effort to subdue the details, lots of layered screens and overlays of various opacities were used as something called sugar skinning, to de-accentuate the skins details, and add some of the feature enhancements missing in the raw render.
